Job Description:Lead Quality. Drive Excellence. Shape the Future of Manufacturing.We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Division Quality Systems Manager to lead quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives on building strong teams, improving systems, and creating a culture where quality is embedded in every stage of the manufacturing process.This position is open to candidates located in Olathe or Tucker.What You’ll DoStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a multi-site quality strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth initiativesDrive consistency by standardizing quality systems, policies, and procedures across all facilitiesServe as a key point of contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality mattersChampion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the divisionQuality Systems & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with AS9100 / ISO 9001, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements including EPA, OSHA, REACH, and TSCALead internal and external audits across multiple facilities and ensure timely corrective actionsMaintain site certifications, regulatory registrations, and compliance documentationOversee CAPA processes, risk assessments, and quality system effectivenessOperational ExcellenceDevelop and monitor quality metrics and reporting systems that support data-driven decision makingLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologiesStrengthen supplier quality programs and ensure raw material compliance and performanceIdentify opportunities to improve product quality, process capability, and operational efficiencyTeam Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and support site Quality Managers and QA/QC teams across multiple locationsFoster a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on proactive problem solvingCreate and support training and professional development programs for quality personnelLead by example through strong communication, accountability, and strategic thinkingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycleSupport new product launches through validation planning, risk assessments, and process readiness activitiesPromote and maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standardsSupport additional business initiatives and projects as neededWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field10+ years of quality management experience within chemical manufacturing, including multi-site leadership responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and advanced quality tools such as SPC, CAPA, and FMEAProven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and build high-performing teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead quality strategy across multiple manufacturing locationsInfluence key operational and business decisions with visible organizational impactWork alongside collaborative leaders focused on innovation, growth, and continuous improvementPlay a critical role in maintaining product integrity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellenceBe part of an organization that values leadership, accountability, and quality at every levelIf you’re a strategic quality leader who enjoys building systems, mentoring teams, and driving meaningful operational improvements, we’d love to hear from you.ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
