About the Role As the Lead .NET Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365, you’ll drive backend feature delivery and lead a team of engineers through day-to-day execution, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Partnering closely with Product Management and stakeholders, you’ll refine requirements, estimate scope and capacity, and cultivate a high-performing, learning-focused team culture.
