You'll partner with customers and internal/external teams to develop and implement transformative solutions that align with business goals and technical excellence.  This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to become a strategic advisor. You will work across the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and planning to hands-on implementation, requiring flexibility and adaptability. By leveraging Everpure methodologies and technologies, you will ensure customer success and contribute to the growth of our data mobility services. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Expert Data Mobility Solutions Architect leads the design and delivery of complex data mobility and migration solutions. This role applies deep, multi-domain expertise to solve ambiguous challenges, shape customer outcomes, and drive successful execution across pre-sales and delivery. Solution Ownership Leads end-to-end architecture and execution for complex data mobility engagements Owns solution design from discovery through migration and cutover Ensures alignment between technical solutions and customer business objectives Advanced Problem Solving Solves significant and unique challenges requiring evaluation of technical and business tradeoffs Applies conceptual thinking to address ambiguous or undefined migration scenarios Anticipates downstream impacts and adjusts strategies accordingly Pre-Sales Leadership Partners with sales to shape solutions and define migration strategies Leads technical validation, solution positioning, and SOW development Communicates complex solutions to executive and technical stakeholders Delivery Accountability Accountable for technical success and outcomes of engagements Acts as primary escalation point for complex delivery challenges Guides cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution Thought Leadership & SME Contribution Recognized as a subject matter expert across multiple migration domains Contributes to development of best practices, methodologies, and internal standards Provides guidance and direction to other architects and engineers Cross-Functional Leadership Builds and leads coordination across sales, delivery, product, and partner teams Drives alignment across diverse stakeholders to achieve business outcomes May direct activities of team members on complex engagements We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. WHAT YOU BRING Key Skills Deep Multi-Domain Expertise Broad expertise across data mobility domains including file, block, object, and host-based migrations Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, storage, and cloud environments Conceptual & Strategic Thinking Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems involving technical and business tradeoffs Understands implications beyond immediate project scope Influence & Communication Effectively communicates complex concepts to diverse audiences, including executives Uses persuasion to align stakeholders and drive decisions Leadership Without Authority Leads teams and initiatives without direct reporting structure Coordinates across functions to deliver outcomes Technical Qualifications Core Migration Expertise Hands-on expertise across multiple data mobility domains, including file (NFS, SMB), block, and object storage Proven ability to design and execute large-scale migrations across heterogeneous environments Unstructured Data & NAS Specialization Strong experience with enterprise NAS systems including NetApp and Isilon Deep understanding of file system behaviors, permissions models, and multiprotocol access (NFS/SMB)  Experience handling large-scale file migrations with performance, integrity, and downtime constraints SAN & Block Storage Specialization Strong expertise in enterprise block storage platforms and SAN infrastructure, including architecture, deployment, operations, and lifecycle management. Deep knowledge of Fibre Channel, NVMe, iSCSI, zoning, masking, multipathing, replication, and business continuity solutions across mission-critical environments. Proven experience planning and executing complex storage migrations, consolidations, and modernization initiatives while balancing performance, risk, uptime, and customer requirements. Migration Tooling & Methodologies  Hands-on experience with migration tools, scripting, and automation approaches  Ability to select and adapt tools based on customer environment and constraints  Familiarity with discovery, assessment, and validation processes Systems & Operating Environments  Strong experience with Linux/Unix and Windows systems  Deep knowledge of NFS, SMB/CIFS, file security models (ACLs, NTFS), and directory services  Understanding of multipathing, LVM, and data access patterns Architecture & Design  Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient migration architectures  Experience producing detailed architecture diagrams, runbooks, and implementation plans Infrastructure & Platform Knowledge  Advanced understanding of storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)  Experience integrating migrations across on-prem and cloud environments Scope & Impact Owns complex, high-value engagements and critical c
