In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through a combination of automated and manual testing, with a strong focus on building scalable and reliable test automation frameworks. You will work closely with engineering teams to validate new features, improve existing functionality, and contribute to delivering high-quality networking solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Pytest, and PlaywrightCreate reliable, scalable, and reusable test scripts for web and API testingCollaborate closely with developers to validate new features and improve product qualityParticipate in design and requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality standardsPerform manual testing when needed to support broader QA coverageIdentify, document, and track defects through to resolutionDevelop and maintain clear test plans, test cases, and documentationContinuously improve testing processes, tools, and strategiesEnsure all QA activities follow company and industry best practices and compliance standards Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in QA AutomationStrong hands-on experience with Python and PytestExperience with Playwright (Appium is a plus)Solid experience testing REST APIs (e.g., Postman, browser dev tools)Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr)Ability to write clear, structured, and comprehensive test documentationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of issue Nice to Have Experience with VPN products (desktop or mobile)Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing)Experience with networking hardware (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)Exposure to mobile testing and tools like AppiumFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integrationExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas in meetings and documentation What We’re Looking For A proactive, self-driven engineer with strong attention to detailSomeone who takes ownership of quality and continuously looks for improvementsA team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams What We Offer Competitive salary and benefitsCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthHybrid work model (3 days onsite per week)Additional informationKaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
