We work a minimum of five days per week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.                  This is an entry level role with responsibility for performing a variety of routine and non-routine tasks in a regulated laboratory environment in order to support, as well as help develop, pharmaceutical platforms. The chemist I will work in conformance with company policies, current Good Lab Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements. Individuals will perform procedures for process/analysis and assist their manager and peers with routine and non-routine Quality Control and Research procedures.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Complies with all quality system requirementsPerforms preparation, collection, measurement and recordkeeping of samplesDocuments test and data analysis resultsParticipates on cross-functional teams for continuous improvement activitiesCommunicates with team members to ensure schedule requirements are metApplies knowledge of performed tasks to elucidate test method failuresAnalyzes and deduces data and collates test resultsCommunicates priority and timeliness for completion of customer requestsHelps drive the team to meet business goalsSupports development area as needed / commercial QC releaseLearns and understands the manufacturing organization that the lab supportsRequired Knowledge and Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 years relevant experience.Nice to Have: General wet chemistry laboratory techniques and/or experience with liquid chromatography (UPLC/HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), dissolution (Apparatus 2 and 7), Karl Fischer, FT-IR, and UV-Vis.Experience with chromatography software (Empower).
