As a Senior Advanced Analytics Application Developer, you will lead the design and evolution of business-facing analytics solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, transforming how insights are generated, structured, and consumed.You will play a key role in advancing AI-enabled analytics, modern data practices, and standardized development approaches. Working closely with Data Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders, you will deliver end-to-end solutions while adapting to evolving ways of working.This role requires strong ownership, continuous learning, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment. You will be expected to work across the analytics stack, contributing not only to front-end development but also to backend and data engineering activities such as data modeling, dataflows, and data optimization.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions, from requirements to deployment and optimizationEnsure analytics products meet Enterprise Operations Insights standards for data modelling, UX design, and storytellingDrive adoption of AI-ready data practices, ensuring data is structured for scalability and AI consumptionCollaborate closely with Data Engineering to align on architecture, dataflows, and optimized data structuresActively contribute to building, testing, refining, and improving AI-driven analytics solutionsDrive stakeholder engagement through clear communication, proactive updates, and expectation managementRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree with 3–7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or application developmentStrong experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL for analytics developmentExperience designing data models and delivering scalable analytics solutionsProven ability to work in cross-functional, global environments with strong stakeholder interactionFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) and modern data architecturesStrong communication, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement approachExperience with UX/UI principles and familiarity with supply chain concepts are beneficial. Exposure to AI-driven analytics and modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, VS Code) is an advantage.
