And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centres.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, self-organizing, self-driving, and mission-aligned Technical Analyst to join our India Tech Center. In this role, you will lead the Quality Engineering team to build a high thru put testing team. You in bring in best practices and drive testing deliverable that aligns with organizational best practices.What will you do in this roleCollaborate with cross functional team to deliver final planned solutionTo understand the demand, expectation (scope and deliverable) and timelinesTo understand the changes (in testing tools, procedures and best practices), present any QE blockers and mitigation requiredTo mentor test engineers to adopt the best practices, tool and procedure. To build and review required Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts for regulatory application (GLP or GCP)To transfer application testing knowledge, artifacts and best practices to cross functional teamTechnical point of contact for/Manage Test EngineersAct as a primary owner of all Testing artifacts for the companyDrive use of our company approved test tool, procedures and best QE practices by the Test EngineerManage Tester demand for companyRun automation feasibility on new vendor productsScreen and select any Test Engineer needOnboard new testing team membersReview and approve the design and code/artifacts from Test EngineerSchedule regular sessions to keep Test Engineer up-to-speed with changes with QE COE.Support Test Engineer to resolve any BLOCKERSupport with building Test scripts to handle any intermittent peaks.Test Automation and Quality EngineeringDefine development test strategy across unit, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end layersBuild and execute automation scripts using ROBOT framework and/or TOSCABuild and execute performance test scripts using Load RunnerIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD with reporting and quality gatesCloud Engineering and DevOps (CI/CD)Design, build and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar) for build, test, security scans, and deployment on AWS environmentImplement guardrails: branch protection, code review workflows, quality gates, and rollback strategiesCollaborate with platform teams on standardized deployment patterns, secrets management, and approvalsWhat should you haveBachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plusExperience: 7+ years in a Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst or Automation Test Engineer role within technology-driven environmentsPrimary Skills:Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman/SwaggerManage a team of TestersMission-driven mindset: motivated by impact, able to connect project work to company mission and customer outcomesSelf-organizing and self-driving: able to plan work, manage priorities, remove blockers, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, event-driven)Hands-on SQL; familiarity with Python or scripting is an advantageAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC best practicesTools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman/SwaggerManage a team of TestersTest Automation Skills:Robot Framework for API/UI/E2E automation (keywords, libraries, reporting)Tosca for model-based testing (test design, execution, dashboards)Performance testing using Load RunnerCI/CD integration of automated tests; management of test data and environmentsCloud Engineering and DevOps Skills:Experience with AWS services relevant to delivery and operations (IAM, VPC, EC2/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager)Terraform for IaC (modules, workspaces, remote state, policy enforcement)Git and Git workflows (branching strategies, PR reviews, release tagging)GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD) to orchestrate pipelines and environment-based deploymentsDeveloper SkillsExperience in Python programmingExperience in Java scriptingBuilding API endpoints.Regulated Environment Experience (GLP/GCP):Delivery and validation of applications under GLP and/or GCPKnowledge of CSV, ALCOA/ALCOA+, documentation controls, and audit processesExperience with data integrity, e-signatures, access controls, and role-based permissionsCertification (Required):ROBOT Framework and TOSCA Load RunnerAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher), or AWS Certified DevOps Engine
